Phoebe recalls, “We couldn’t get enough of one another and were basically together daily from that point on.” They quickly built a life together — buying a house, adopting pets, and enjoying outdoor adventures, including fishing and motorcycle riding.
For their New York garden wedding, Phoebe and Jacob envisioned a laid-back yet stylish affair with a garden theme. They chose the stunning upstate New York venue, Vic at Spring Hill, for its combination of historic charm and open, lush grounds. The Georgian Colonial home and expansive garden offered plenty of natural beauty and space for photos. Phoebe was radiant in a minimalist mermaid gown, with her bridesmaids in mismatched satin dresses, and the groomsmen in tan suits that complemented the summer vibe. The floral arrangements, crafted by the couple themselves, added a personal touch to the celebration. The wildflowers gave the day a fresh, rustic feel, perfectly complementing the garden setting.
