Hey, I am Alina!

I am a wedding photographer in NYC and NJ!

I’ve been fortunate to work as a full-time photographer for the past 9 years: truly, it’s been the most rewarding and fulfilling time of my life. Capturing love stories is what I’m passionate about, and I’m thankful every day to be able to do what I love. When I’m not shooting, you’ll find me traveling, either around the US or abroad. I’ve gathered some pretty wild travel stories, but at heart, I’m a homebody who enjoys a good book, a cup of freshly brewed coffee, and the magic of golden sunsets.

I’ve been married to my best friend for 6 years, and he’s the one who guides me in understanding love more fully every day. Having experienced the wedding process firsthand, I understand the excitement and emotions that come with this special time. I know how important this step is, which is why I’m so passionate about capturing the authenticity and depth of your love.

What I love most about photography is the connection it allows me to create with people. I’m drawn to real emotions and the intimate moments that make each love story unique. Over the years, my style has evolved to blend natural, editorial-feeling images with candid moments that feel timeless. My goal is to give you soulful, genuine photos that reflect who you are.

I know being in front of the camera can feel a little nerve-wracking, but that’s where I come in! My mission is to make the experience easy, relaxed, and enjoyable. Whether you’re saying “I do” in a quiet ceremony or celebrating with a big reception, I’m there to capture not just how it looks, but how it feels.

I’m deeply invested in the process, and it’s just as important to me as it is to you that everything is captured beautifully, filled with candid moments and genuine emotions that shine through your wedding photos and videos. I treat every bride like a friend and always strive to do my absolute best, as if I were helping my closest friend plan her wedding. As a NJ and NY wedding photographer, I’m here for my clients every step of the way.

I believe in building lasting relationships, which is why many of my clients stay with me beyond their wedding day: from the secret proposal to their wedding, and even to the birth of their first child. I’m incredibly proud of the strong, genuine bonds we create.

My team is my family, and I’m honored to work with some of the most talented professionals in the industry. Having started my journey as a second photographer, I’ve worked with some photographers who didn’t value a friendly, supportive team environment. That experience shaped how I built my own business — with a focus on fair pay, respect, and genuine care for every team member.

Alina was amazing! She coordinated with us ahead of the shoot and she also recommended me great MUAS! She was able to recommend places that exactly suited our vide of our photoshoot and was in constant communication leading up to the shoot, even given us tips for NYC. Upon meeting her she was lovely! We hired Alina and her videography team for our wedding, and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Their communication was always clear, prompt, and thoughtful, both leading up to the event and throughout the day itself. We used Alina for our engagement shoot and wedding photography and I am so happy with our choice. Leading up to both events she gave us helpful advice and kept in communication so we were never left in the dark. On our wedding day she was timely, organized, and efficient. She did a great job organizing a large group and had a beautiful eye to be able to capture outdoor pictures in the winter! In the weeks leading up to our wedding, she sent us helpful tips and suggestions so that we were prompted to think about what we wanted from our photos (and communicate those wishes with her). Me and my boyfriend did a couple’s shoot with Alina in the west village and it was amazing!
